Nokia N8 Price, Pictures And Specifications

Yesterday, Nokia has officially announced the Nokia N8. Nokia N8 is powered with brand new Symbian S60 V3 operating system and the biggest feature of the Nokia N8 is the 12 megapixel camera with Carl Zesis optics with Xenon flash. 

The 12 megapixel camera allows us to capture and record high definition images and videos and it also introduces a built in editing suite on the device to edit them. Nokia N8 also has a HDMI connector which allow us to hook the smartphone to our HD TV and share our media with friends and family in superb quality.

As I mentioned earlier the Nokia N8 is powered with a brand new Symbian V3 platform. This latest incarnation introduces major new advances including multi-touch and support for gestures such as pinch-to-zoom. Onboard there’s also three customisable homescreens that can be loaded with applications and widgets and flicked through by a swish of the finger. There’s also improved 2D and 3D graphics for a faster and more responsive UI, greater memory management and a visual task manager.

Nokia offering the Nokia N8 with free global ovi mapswith walk and drive navigation with more than 70 countries. But a little bit disappoint thing is that it has only 16 GB of built in storage and we can expand it up to 48 GB with a micro SD card.

The Nokia N8 will cost €370 before taxes and subsidies and Nokia is planning to starts shipping it from 3rd quarter 2010.
