Nokia has released a wonderful application called Nokia Diagnostics on the beta labs, it is an experimental application from the beta labs to diagnose, troubleshoot and configure on the Nokia device itself. This is in beta stage and offers five tests
- Network Coverage test. You can get all the network related information and detect offline status & SIM card presence.
- Internet Connectivity test. Perform a real-time Internet connectivity test and identify the setting with which you can have a seamless internet access.
- Battery Charger test. Check if your device charges properly with the charger connected.
- Loudspeaker, Earpiece test. Check your loudspeaker & earpiece functionality.
In many situations we can’t understand or find out what exactly the problem is, in such situations it may can help us to diagnose and troubleshoot.

If you have the security code we can format the mobile at least. So I suggest you to go to a Nokia Care center immediately along with your mobile bills.
My Nokia N8 has a problem that it keeps calling the name of one of my contacts. I cannot receive nor can I put it off. This is continous and cannot access any application. try to type in *#7780# and then enter your security code to reset your mobile and then *#7370# and then enter your security code to format your mobile. or contact nokia care near by you.
