This is a signed version of FlipSilent, so no need to sign it, install and use it. FlipSilent is an application that can switch between two pre defined profiles. We can define the profiles with one as silent and the other as the normal profile. So depends on the profiles we define it works on one profile when it is in normal position and works in the other pre defined profile when it is flipped.
