Hi i have found a site on which they are providing an interesting application with which we can locate any mobile number and STD code within INDIA. This application also doesn’t use GPRS, and we can easily get the details from our mobile itself.
The application is a JAVA application and they are providing this application in some versions, so we need to have the appropriate one for our mobile. So choose the right one for your nokia mobile. You can get it here.

There is an alternative website recently i seen http://ezrecharge.in/ ,In this site there is no need of download or software to locate a mobile number, Just type the mobile number, they will show the location/circle and service provider of a mobile number.

Do one thing try to search in the value added services provided by your operator or Call your customer care and ask for the details of “telephone Directory on mobile”.
